Club rules and terms of use

1. The club

These terms govern your use of magnoliajazzclub.com ("Magnolia Jazz Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of magnoliajazzclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may become a member

Use of Magnolia Jazz Club is intended only for people aged 19 or over. When you use it, you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins at the club

• Every game is played with virtual coins, given to you at no charge.
• Coins are not money, credit or property and have no monetary value.
• You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw or transfer coins, or exchange them for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• The club offers no prize that has real-world value.
• We can adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever necessary.

4. Gambling for real money: not here

Magnolia Jazz Club does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it, and carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your club membership

• Firefly Hush and Balcony Encore are played with a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. If anyone else has used your account, let us know immediately.
• Your account page lets you delete your account at any moment. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
• If an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe its holder is under 19, we may suspend it.
• Coins, levels and missions stay with the membership; they are never your property and may be reset at any time.

6. Conduct at the club

You must not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Keeping the music playing: availability and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not permit to be limited, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. Laws of Ontario and Canada

The laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, govern these terms.
